Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and famescope under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or have lawful access under their local laws. You may view, browse and download limited materials solely for personal non-commercial reference provided you do not modify, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent. Commercial exploitation, systematic scraping, data mining or use of the site to train artificial intelligence models is prohibited. You must comply with all applicable UK laws including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations when interacting with the site.
Prohibited conduct
You must not upload, post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, malicious or otherwise unlawful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with site security, introduce viruses or conduct any activity that could damage or disrupt the service. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and referral to relevant authorities. famescope reserves the right to monitor usage and investigate suspected violations without prior notice.
Accounts, submissions or user content
The site does not currently require user accounts for general browsing. Where the contact form is used to submit enquiries or feedback, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information you provide. Submissions are treated as non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. famescope may use submitted material to improve services but is under no obligation to publish or respond. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, layout, design and other content on the site are owned by famescope or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trademarks appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners. You may make a single copy of limited pages for personal non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright notices. Any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires express written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference or integrate third-party tools, platforms or resources for analytics, hosting or content delivery. These references do not constitute endorsement, warranty or recommendation. famescope has no control over third-party privacy practices or content and accepts no liability for any loss arising from their use. Availability, changes, suspension and termination
famescope aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended for maintenance, updates or due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. famescope may modify, restrict or discontinue any feature at any time without liability. Termination of your access may occur for breach of these terms, and surviving provisions such as intellectual property and liability limitations shall remain in force.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, famescope does not warrant that information is complete, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Proportionate limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, famescope and its officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss including loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from use of the site. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid by you for access in the preceding twelve months, which in most cases will be zero. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless famescope against any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the site or any content you submit. This indemnity survives termination of your access and is subject to any non-excludable consumer protections under UK law.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on mandatory local consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation may be available through approved UK schemes but are not compulsory.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. famescope may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
